Terms & Conditions
Last updated
These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How a contract is formed
Our website is an invitation to buy, not an offer. When you complete checkout we send an email acknowledging your order — that is not acceptance. A contract comes into existence only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, for example because the product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Price and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies.
- Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. See our delivery page.
- Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the cards and wallets shown on the payment page.
- We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Subscriptions
If you choose the subscription option:
- Your first box is charged at checkout. Each following box is charged automatically on the same date of the following period, at the subscription price then shown.
- You can pause, skip, change the delivery date or cancel at any time from the link in your order emails, or by emailing us. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before a renewal date and that renewal will not be charged. If a renewal has already been charged, you still have the statutory cancellation right set out on our returns page.
- We will email you before each renewal so a charge never arrives unannounced.
- If we change the subscription price, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Delivery and cancellation
Delivery times, costs and your right to cancel are set out on our delivery and returns and refunds pages, which form part of these terms.
The product
SAF is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Please read the label before use. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before taking any supplement. If you have an allergy, check the ingredients on the pack.
Images on this website are illustrative. The pack you receive may differ slightly in appearance; the product itself will match its description.
If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits that.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email with your order number and a photograph and we will put it right.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, since we supply products for domestic and private use.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use of this website
The content of this site — text, photographs, the SAF name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Complaints
Email and we will acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve matters within fourteen days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
